Return & Exchange

 

Exchange:

 

For our customers' satisfaction that we strive to reach, we offer an Exchange Service, if you received the parcel and wanted to change the chosen model or size. You could raise an exchange request within 3 days from the date of purchase, we will be fulfilling your request. The exchange shipping fees will be the same as the shipping fees you paid the first time.

 

To exchange your order, you shall create a new order with the desired model and you shall mention the exchange request in the "Additional comment" form or via Contact Us form or send an email to customersupport@olyve.com.

 

Return:

 

While we hope that you are always delighted with your order, we understand that you may want to return Items and for that reason, we provide a return facility with a full refund service.

 

The refund takes place by crediting back your credit card in case you purchased via Credit Card or through a bank transfer in case you chose a Cash on Delivery facility.

 

To raise a return request, send to us via Contact Us form or send an email to

customersupport@olyve.com to initiate the process. Once you send your request we will be informing our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 4 working days.

 

Exchange & Return requests shall only be processed under the following conditions:

  • To be requested within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original packing.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received.
